All payments are to be made on the day of service, any invoice not paid on the day will incur an administration charge of $15, which will be waived if paid within 7 days.
Cancellation policy:
There is no charge if you cancel more than 2 hours prior to your booked GP or nurse appointment. If you fail to turn up for your appointment on time, or cancelled it within 2 hours, there will be a minimum $25 charge.
For booked surgery/procedure: there is no charge if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your booked procedure. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged half of the procedure cost. If you did not turn up for your procedure without notifying us, you will be charged the full cost of the procedure.
